Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Own roadmap development, prioritization, and feature planning across key product initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and business requirements and translate them into actionable product capabilities.
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, analytics, and business teams throughout the product development life cycle.
• Drive complex product initiatives from discovery and planning through launch and adoption.
• Develop business cases for new product investments, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, scalability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Ownership, or related technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience owning software products, data products, analytics platforms, enterprise applications, or technology-enabled business solutions.
• Strong track record of partnering with engineering teams to deliver complex product initiatives.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, managing prioritization, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to gather customer feedback and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience working within financial services, fintech, investment technology, enterprise software, analytics platforms, market data, or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment while remaining hands‑on with product development and delivery.
