OpenTable is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the intersection of Diner Engagement and major partnerships within our consumer marketplace. You will define the unified product strategy and execution roadmap to deeply integrate strategic partners into our platform, guiding planning, execution, and value capture across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2C products.
• Experience negotiating partnerships and evaluating strategic trade-offs.
• Experience coordinating with Business Development, Engineering, Marketing and Legal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap priorities to drive diner engagement and partner integration.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Legal and Finance to evaluate high-value partnership opportunities.
• Own end-to-end product development using customer insights, data, and experiments.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Build relationships with external partners and advocate for customers and business priorities.
• Establish product success metrics and run hypothesis-driven experiments to optimize conversion and retention.
• Communicate roadmaps and metrics to executives and external stakeholders.
