Job summary

Optimizely in New York, NY seeks a Principal Product Manager to define the product vision and strategy for our AI-driven marketing platform, translating market opportunities into roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales and customer success to deliver high-impact features.

You will gather feedback, perform market research, write PRDs and user stories, and oversee the lifecycle from discovery to launch, setting success

Qualifications

• Experience shaping product vision and roadmaps for SaaS/marketing technology products.
• Collaboration with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Strong analytical and research skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to executives.
• Background in digital marketing or AI-powered platforms; experimentation and analytics familiarity.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities from concept to launch.
• Experience mentoring other product managers and contributing to PM practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Comfort working on-site in New York, NY with a collaborative, inclusive culture.
