Responsibilities

• Develop interactive demonstrations, rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, presentations, videos, and experiential assets that showcase Asurion’s differentiated capabilities.
• Design reusable demonstration environments, playbooks, talk tracks, messaging frameworks, and technical sales assets that scale across the organization.
• Translate complex business problems into practical, scalable solution concepts aligned to client and customer goals.
• Lead executive briefings, strategic customer meetings, client events, and conferences as a subject matter expert.
• Design connected customer journeys and experience narratives that demonstrate how Asurion creates value across the customer lifecycle.
