Job summary

Owner is a remote-first platform for independent restaurants—covering online ordering, POS, kitchen tools, marketing, and the financial backbone. We are investing in reporting and analytics and are hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead this critical area.

You will own the product end-to-end, partnering with the GM of Payments, Money & Risk, and our AI team to build a scalable analytics foundation that drives customer outcomes and business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to ship software that made a difference for customers.
• Excellent product sense and stakeholder empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own the understand half of reporting end-to-end, including data models and builder experience.
• Own the anticipate half in partnership with our AI team, surfacing upcoming insights for operators.
• Define the data foundation that scales reporting across sales, menu, guests, payouts, labor, and loyalty.
• Make reporting a stated reason restaurants choose Owner and a driver of renewals.
• Lead with customer signal from tickets, churn discussions, and backlog to set priorities.
