Job summary

ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Reporting and Insights platform for restaurant partners, focusing on in-product reporting and external APIs.

You will leverage AI to deliver relevant reporting and recommendations and collaborate with engineering, data, and UX to create a best-in-class experience. Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and reviews; remote work options with a strong emphasis on user-centered design

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace experience.
Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions.
Proven experience innovating on behalf of customers and building best-in-class experiences across platforms.
Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data to inform solutions.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Drive the vision and roadmap for the restaurant partner Reporting and Insights platform, including in-product reporting and external APIs.
Expand reporting capabilities and provide insights based on partner needs.
Tell a compelling story using research and data to evangelize the roadmap and vision.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to define, prioritize, and build new functionalities and better user experiences.
Monitor ongoing metrics to measure success and identify areas for innovation.
Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews.
