Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how our AI-enabled, B2B SaaS platform is positioned and adopted across the customer lifecycle. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate customer and market insights into clear positioning, compelling messaging, launches, and enablement assets.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS.
• 3-6 months+ of creating AI workflows and agents to evolve product marketing processes and efficiency.
• Proven track record turning customer, market, and competitive insights into effective positioning and go-to-market recommendations.
• Experience with customer surveys, segmentation work, and win/loss analysis.
• Strong experience developing positioning and messaging for multi-product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Own ongoing positioning and messaging across the customer journey and content.
• Partner with Product Management to translate direction into launch, adoption, and commercialization strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to build battlecards, FAQs, and training materials.
• Develop customer-facing content like case studies, webinars, and supporting assets.
• Work with Demand Gen, Content, PR, and Customer Marketing to drive pipeline and retention.
• Ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, launch readiness, and GTM execution.
• Contribute leadership to launches with clear messaging and customer value propositions.
• Track effectiveness using adoption, win rate, and campaign metrics.
