Job summary

owner is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the reporting and analytics platform for an AI-native system used by independent restaurants. The role spans historical performance reporting and AI-driven recommendations, with end-to-end ownership and close collaboration with engineering and AI teams.

You will own the full reporting product, guide data models and the report builder, partner with AI to surface upcoming actions, and build scalable analytics across modules to support revenue,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with track record of shipping software.
• Strong product sense and deep customer empathy to uncover real needs.
• Data-driven with ability to blend quantitative and qualitative inputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full reporting product, including data models, the report builder, curated daily reports, drill-down behavior, and the mobile experience.
• Partner with the AI team to deliver predictive reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Build the analytical data foundation to scale across metrics like sales, menu, guests, payouts, labor, and loyalty.
• Champion the customer perspective by translating signals from support, churn, and feedback into prioritized work.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on payments, risk, and data initiatives.
• Make reporting a key reason operators choose and stay with the platform.
