Qualifications

• 4+ years building data or reporting products (PM/analyst/engineer trajectories accepted).
• Strong SQL skills with window functions and CTEs.
• Experience with LLMs / AI agents / tool-calling applications.
• Demonstrated ownership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for reporting and agentic products.
• Prototype with AI coding tools and deploy a working version for users.
• Drive high-velocity execution with the engineering team.
• Build deep user empathy by engaging with franchisees.
• Defend metrics by tracing data to source tables.
• Use metrics and experiments to move the needle.
