Job summary

Stellarus seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of digital health solutions for payers. You will shape the product vision, roadmaps, and governance, aligning with business and regulatory needs while coordinating with engineering and QA on API-driven delivery.

AI/ML initiatives will drive scalable, member-centric experiences for health plan customers. You will mentor teams and translate complex requirements into clear, measurable outcomes, influencing stakeholders

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Translating customer, business, regulatory, and workflow needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities
• Proficient working with engineering and QA on technical product delivery, including APIs, data flows, permissions, system behavior, dependencies, reliability considerations, and trade-offs
• Portfolio-level thinking - investment prioritization across multiple product areas/domains
• Experience defining operating models/governance (intake, prioritization, decision rights, KPIs)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, vision, and roadmap execution aligned with business, customer, and user needs
• Translate requirements into clear product features, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities
• Collaborate with engineering and QA on technical delivery including APIs and integrations
• Drive portfolio-level prioritization and governance with cross-functional stakeholders
• Define operating models and governance to support scalable product delivery
• Leverage AI/ML to create predictive and personalized member experiences
