Stellarus seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of digital health solutions, empowering millions of members to understand and access their healthcare benefits. You will report to the Sr.

Director, Product Management and guide AI-enabled initiatives across payer-focused digital experiences. You will translate complex customer, regulatory and workflow needs into clear requirements, collaborate with engineering and QA, and drive scalable, user-centric product

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to product vision, strategy and roadmap execution aligned with business, customer and user needs.
• Proficiency translating customer, business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog priorities.
• Proficiency collaborating with engineering and QA on technical product delivery including APIs, integrations, data flows, permissions and system behavior.
• Portfolio-level thinking with investment prioritization across multiple product areas/domains.
• Experience defining operating models and governance (intake, prioritization, decision rights, KPIs).
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a customer-first mindset.
