Stellarus is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of digital healthcare solutions, shaping how millions access and understand their benefits. You will guide initiatives to integrate AI and ML into scalable, member-centric experiences across Benefit Coverage, Cost Transparency, Provider navigation, and Claims.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure regulatory alignment, customer-centered design, and reliable product delivery, reporting to the Sr.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution.
• Translate customer, business, regulatory, and workflow needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA on technical delivery including APIs and data flows.
• Portfolio-level thinking and investment prioritization across multiple product areas.
• Define operating models and governance (intake, prioritization, decision rights, KPIs).
