You will shape product vision, roadmaps and governance, partnering with engineering, QA and UX to deliver scalable, user-friendly experiences.

This role emphasizes AI and machine learning integration to create predictive, personalized member experiences, while ensuring compliance with regulatory needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience contributing to product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution aligned with business, customer, and user needs
• Translating customer, business, regulatory, and workflow needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, expected system behavior, and backlog priorities
• Proficiency working with engineering and QA on technical product delivery, including APIs, integrations, data flows, permissions, system behavior, dependencies, reliability considerations, and delivery trade-offs
• Portfolio-level thinking - investment prioritization across multiple product areas/domains
• Experience defining operating models/governance (intake, prioritization, decision rights, KPIs)
