Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of digital solutions for health plan members. You will guide features like Benefit Coverage, Cost Transparency, Provider navigation and Claims, ensuring a scalable, user-friendly experience.

You will collaborate with engineering and QA, translate complex requirements into clear user stories, and drive roadmap execution while emphasizing governance, KPIs, and portfolio prioritization to maximize value for payer

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution aligned with business, customer, and user needs.
• Proficiency translating customer, business, regulatory, and workflow needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, expected system behavior, and backlog priorities.
• Proficiency working with engineering and QA on technical product delivery, including APIs, integrations, data flows, permissions, system behavior, dependencies, reliability considerations, and delivery trade-offs.
• Portfolio-level thinking - investment prioritization across multiple product areas/domains.
• Experience defining operating models/governance (intake, prioritization, decision rights, KPIs).
