Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of digital health solutions that empower members to access and understand their benefits. You will shape how millions of members engage with benefits and drive scalable, member-centric experiences, including AI/ML integrations.

You will partner with engineering, QA, and stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear requirements, drive roadmap execution, and govern prioritization across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translating customer/business/regulatory needs into clear product requirements.
• Collaborating with engineering and QA on API, data flows, and delivery trade-offs.
• Portfolio-level thinking and investment prioritization across domains.
• Defining operating models, governance, and KPIs.
