Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape digital health solutions for payer customers in the United States. Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience contributing to product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution.
• Proficient translating customer, business, regulatory, and workflow needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, expected system behavior, and backlog priorities.
• Proficient working with engineering and QA on technical product delivery, including APIs, integrations, data flows, permissions, system behavior, dependencies, reliability considerations, and delivery trade-offs.
• Requires portfolio-level thinking - investment prioritization across multiple product areas/domains
• Requires experience defining operating models/governance (intake, prioritization, decision rights, KPIs)
