Stellarus is seeking a seasoned Product Manager, Principal to lead strategy and delivery of digital health solutions. You will shape how millions of members access benefits and make informed decisions, reporting to the Sr.

Director, Product Management. In this role, you will translate customer, regulatory, and workflow needs into clear product requirements, collaborate with engineering and QA on API integrations, and drive roadmap execution across domains.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution.
• Ability to translate customer and regulatory needs into clear requirements and backlog priorities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and QA on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system behavior.
• Experience with portfolio-level prioritization and operating model governance.
