Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is looking for a Principal Process Engineer to provide technical leadership in supporting the reliable supply and commercialization of medicines. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining process knowledge at various contract manufacturers.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, over 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, and a deep understanding of Large Molecule API manufacturing processes. The position is located onsite in Indianapolis, IN but offers the flexibility to work from home occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing/process engineering role related to large molecules.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in process engineering.
• Lead tech transfers and scale-up activities for manufacturing.
• Support engineering runs and process optimization.
