Job summary

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scientist in Indianapolis, IN to provide technical support for manufacturing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). This role involves technology transfer, process validation, and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field and at least 3 years of cGMP API manufacturing experience. Additionally, benefits include a comprehensive program covering medical, dental, pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cGMP API manufacturing experience from TS/MS or Development organization.
• 3 years of experience in small molecule API manufacturing.
• 2 years of experience in process scale-up, pilot plant pharmaceutical manufacturing, technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
• Support technology transfer and process validation of manufacturing processes.
• Execute technical projects to improve and optimize process control.
