Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Risk Management Documentation experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: 4+ years of Process Management experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of AI Documentation experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience with Product and Technology teams.
• Preferred: BPM, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Document, monitor and control critical process points per policies and standards.
• Educate and gain buy‑in from stakeholders on process usage.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional process initiatives.
• Communicate across multiple levels to influence partners.
• Develop robust risk management processes and metrics.
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Intent Owners to implement improvements.
• Create and validate processes; produce process metrics.
• Track and resolve process breakdowns and risk events.
