Twilio Inc. is seeking a Principal Presales Engineer to enable customers in the DACH region and drive the technical win across New Business and Strategic segments.

You will lead technical discovery, architect demonstrations, and propose product architectures while building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires hands-on engagement, ability to sketch API flows, and strong storytelling to convey complex topics.

Competenze

• 8+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 10+ years of professional experience supporting technical products with customer facing exposure.
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence.
• An engaging storyteller who can convey complex topics to multiple levels of audience.
• Ability to understand customer communications needs and guide them to a technical solution.
• Previous software development experience or working knowledge in one or more of: Backend, Web development, REST APIs.

Mansioni

• Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFPs, design documentation and enablement sessions.
• Lead technical and product sales, recommend best-practice solutions, and guide customers on API usage.
• Establish trust by discovering customer pains and designing innovative solutions.
• Build and present highly interactive product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers.
