Twilio Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region to lead regional field marketing and event strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You will accelerate pipeline and drive measurable revenue growth by delivering targeted events, roundtables, and co-marketing activations. You will collaborate with DACH Sales leadership, manage end-to-end event programs, and ensure localization, speaker sourcing, and venue management across top tech hubs.

Formación

• 5–7 years in enterprise software/SaaS field marketing with pipeline impact.
• Deep familiarity with the DACH region and local event ecosystems.
• Fluent German and proficient English for local messaging.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation to track ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with DACH sales to align events with revenue targets.
• Design hyper-focused event experiences for the DACH region.
• Lead end-to-end strategy, localization, venue mgmt for regional events.
• Own regional presence at conferences and co-marketing events.
• Ensure invitations, agendas, and post-event follow-ups suit DACH culture and compliance.
• Establish lead/attendee follow-up SLAs with SDR/AE teams to convert engagement.
• Develop post-event content to sustain momentum with enterprise accounts.
• Measure ROI with metrics: pipeline, velocity, revenue.
• Manage regional field marketing budget and vendor relationships.
