Amazon's Global Specialty Recruiting (GSR) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own HR business operations for Principal Engineering Recruiting. You will drive operating rhythm, business reviews, and resource prioritization across teams, partnering with HR leadership, finance, and TA.

You will build a metrics framework, implement change management, and use GenAI to move quickly and tell clear stories. The role offers high visibility with senior leaders and meaningful impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience making data-driven business decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience.
