Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead Recruiting Transformation projects, translating strategy into scoped plans and milestones. You will partner with program leads and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery across business and technical domains.

The role requires proven PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple medium-to-high complexity projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out.
• Expert skills across planning, capacity planning, and PM methodologies.
• Familiar with recruiting/talent acquisition processes and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Strong critical-thinking and ability to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Interact daily with development, support, and cross-functional teams.
• Track and report project status, metrics, and health to leadership.
• Own project documentation and change-management artifacts.
• Drive clear communication and support change management for rollouts.
• Facilitate meetings and reviews, and provide leadership to project teams.
• Conduct post-project reviews and present status to leaders.
