This role sits at the intersection of persona-driven product strategy and AI enablement. You will define how recruiting leaders and managers each interact with data based on the decisions they make and the cadence they operate on, then ensure each persona's experience evolves toward the right combination of validation, exploration, and automation. A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.

We define the analytical strategy, govern metric standards, drive customer adoption, and coordinate the reporting infrastructure that recruiting leaders, managers, and operational teams rely on daily. We are building toward a future where recruiting teams validate through dashboards, explore through AI, and generate automated reports, all on certified data. This is a high-impact role that will directly influence how recruiting teams make decisions across the hiring lifecycle.
