In this role, you will define the product boundaries between deterministic reporting and AI-driven exploration, own the governance framework that makes AI trustworthy at scale, and drive the adoption strategy that moves teams from ungoverned workarounds to certified tooling. This role sits at the intersection of persona-driven product strategy and AI enablement. You will define how recruiting leaders and managers each interact with data based on the decisions they make and the cadence they operate on, then ensure each persona's experience evolves toward the right combination of validation, exploration, and automation. A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.
