Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal, Product Manager in Talent Management to design and scale enterprise-wide talent strategies and programmes. The role operates with autonomy across business units, shaping workforce strategy and presenting to senior leaders.

You will own end-to-end product management and design for talent programmes, collaborating with UX, engineering, analytics, and programme management teams to ship at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or programme management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
• End-to-end product delivery experience.
• Roadmap strategy and definition ownership.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• 10+ years in talent management, organisational development, or HR business partnership.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide talent management programmes.
• Advising senior leaders on talent strategy and organisational health.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
