Intuit Inc. in Mountain View is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead forward-deployed, AI-native initiatives for our Mid-Market and enterprise customers. You will embed with customers, translate ambiguous problems into requirements, and drive rapid solution delivery.

This role is highly customer-facing, fast-paced, and travel-intensive (up to 70%), with accountability from discovery through go-live and beyond, shaping the product roadmap with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or equivalent in tech/AI-native products.
Proven track record leading customer engagements from diagnosis to shipped solution.
Willingness to travel up to 70% to customer sites.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site discovery and end-to-end engagement through go-live.
Act as primary product contact for the customer, coordinating embedded engineers.
Translate ambiguous problems into prioritized engineering requirements.
Travel to customer sites as needed during critical milestones.
Identify patterns across engagements to inform the product roadmap.
Make sound product calls under ambiguity and time pressure.
Earn buy-in from executives and internal stakeholders through credible storytelling.
