Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead customer success initiatives with a focus on building scalable programs from scratch. You will architect from the ground up, organize cross-functional teams, and drive execution with clear metrics and governance.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional SaaS programs.
Ability to start in ambiguity and create clarity by designing programs, teams, and processes.
Strong operational craft in program design, governance, and execution tracking.
Comfortable using AI daily to speed up analysis and decision-making.
Data-driven to facilitate tough conversations, align leaders, and communicate risks and outcomes.
Ability to influence senior leadership and secure buy-in with clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Architect multi-org programs from inception to execution with clear ownership and sequencing.
Build the right team, establish roles, accountability, and workflows for speed.
Drive flawless execution using metrics and risk mitigation to deliver measurable outcomes.
Experiment with AI and other tools, turning lessons into reusable practices.
Tell a strategic story and influence across the leadership team with data.
