Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in technical, AI-native products.
• Proven track record leading customer engagements from ambiguous problem to shipped solution.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time to customer sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes customer engagements end-to-end—from on-site discovery to go-live.
• Act as the primary product contact for the customer, coordinating embedded engineers.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear, prioritized requirements for rapid delivery.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to embed with teams during milestones.
• Identify patterns across engagements to inform the core product roadmap.
• Make sound product calls under ambiguity and time pressure.
• Earn buy-in from executives and stakeholders through credible storytelling.
