Responsibilities

Lead high-stakes customer engagements end-to-end—from on-site discovery through go-live.
Act as primary product contact with customers, aligning executives and embedded engineers.
Translate ambiguous problems into prioritized requirements for engineering in real time.
Travel to customer sites and embed with teams during critical milestones.
Identify patterns and feed insights into the core product roadmap.
Make sound product calls under ambiguity and time pressure.
Earn buy-in from executives and stakeholders through credible storytelling.
