Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for forward deployed initiatives. You will embed with strategic customers, diagnose tough business problems, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in days rather than quarters.

You will travel on-site to client sites, translate needs into requirements for engineering, and drive the product roadmap with an AI-first mindset across our Mid-Market portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in technical, AI-native products.
• Experience leading customer engagements from ambiguous problem to shipped solution.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive storytelling.
• Deep technical understanding to collaborate with engineers on design.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes customer engagements end-to-end—from on-site discovery to go-live.
• Act as the primary product contact for the customer during engagements, building trust with executives.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear, prioritized requirements for rapid delivery.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to embed with teams during milestones.
• Identify patterns and feed them back into the core product roadmap.
• Make sound product calls under ambiguity and time pressure.
• Earn buy-in from executives and stakeholders through credible storytelling.
