• 10+ years in Product Management or equivalent (forward deploy/enterprise).
• Proven track record leading customer engagements from ambiguity to shipped solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.

• Lead end-to-end on-site engagements from discovery to go-live.
• Be the primary product contact for the customer during engagements, coordinating embedded engineers.
• Translate customer problems into clear, prioritized requirements for engineering in real time.
