Job summary

eBay is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Conversion Programs team to shape customer experiences across email, push notifications, and native hub notifications. You will drive growth, lead end-to-end execution for a multimillion-dollar portfolio, and collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, design, and operations to deliver measurable customer improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, test velocity, and strategic prioritization to optimize lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, growth marketing, business, or consulting with a focus on conversion.
• Experience owning performance-based lifecycle communications (email, push, in-app).
• Strong experimentation: design hypotheses, forecast impact, run A/B tests.
• Data-driven: define success metrics, monitor funnels and KPIs.
• Excellent product sense and ability to partner with design/product to deliver simple customer experiences.
• Led complex, cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams; drive execution excellence.
• Identify and size opportunities; forecast business impact.
• Prioritize features based on value, user needs, and effort.
• Author and implement A/B tests and related experiments.
• Create PRDs; communicate requirements to Engineering; drive execution.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, and readiness; improve processes.
• Flag blockers; update Jira boards and documentation.
• Measure results and scale successful initiatives; monitor performance.
