Job summary

eBay is seeking a highly driven Senior Product Manager to join the Conversion Programs team. You will craft customer experiences across Email, Push, and Native Hub Notifications, driving growth and improvements for a multimillion-dollar portfolio.

Lead cross-functional collaboration and own end-to-end execution with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Operations. You will shape strategy, forecast impact with data, and translate insights into scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, growth marketing, business, or consulting roles with a focus on customer conversion and performance optimization.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams; drive execution excellence.
• Identify and size opportunities for portfolio improvements using data to forecast business impact.
• Prioritize features based on business value, user needs, and effort.
• Author A/B tests: hypotheses, test design, KPIs; implement tests.
• Create PRDs and convey requirements to Engineering teams; manage execution.
• Maintain project plans and dependencies; improve execution readiness.
• Raise blockers; update Jira and documentation.
• Measure results; compare to benchmarks and scale decisions.
• Capture insights from customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.
