Job summary

Amazon seeks an AI Principal Product Manager - Technical for the Data Intelligence team within Amazon Customer Service. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale AI products, shaping strategy and driving cross-functional execution to transform customer experience at global scale.

Lead and mentor technical product managers, partner with engineers and scientists, and navigate ambiguity to invent and deliver customer-centric AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategic vision and long-term roadmaps.
