Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own End-User Experience across the Agentic WorkSpaces portfolio. You will shape design principles, user journeys, and measurable success metrics for human-AI collaboration at enterprise scale.

You will partner with engineering, design, product, and GTM teams to drive roadmaps, ensure a cohesive experience across the portfolio, and set a high bar for usability, trust, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience in software/network/IT.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of end-user personas and workflows across diverse industries.
• Translate insights into product direction for cross-functional teams and KPIs to measure usability and adoption.
• Partner with engineering, design, product, GTM and product marketing to shape roadmaps and maintain a cohesive user experience across the portfolio.
• Identify gaps, raise the bar on usability and trust, and drive changes to close gaps across teams.
