Job summary

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, and applied science teams, oversee multi-channel agent experiences from console to IDE and mobile, and translate customer needs into concrete requirements while guiding product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products.
• 8+ years in product management, program management or engineering.
• Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
• Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered or agent-based product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year product strategy for AWS's agentic UX.
• Drive trust and autonomy models, boundaries, and governance.
• Collaborate with UX to ensure intuitive agent interactions and simplicity.
• Own agentic experience across Console, IDEs, CLI, and mobile.
• Translate customer needs into concrete requirements; iterate on feedback.
• Engage directly with customers to observe workflows and behavior.
