Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Platform Engineer – Service & Repair to lead the CXM Platform in Microsoft Dynamics, driving an AI-powered, integrated customer engagement ecosystem. You will define engineering strategy, architecture, and standards to power scalable service and repair experiences across MSD, Teams, Outlook, and Co-Pilot.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise-scale digital products and platforms.
• 4+ years as a lead architect, principal engineer, or engineering lead for platform architecture and technical strategy.
• 2+ years developing and using AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernization and establishing enterprise engineering standards.
• Proven track record building reusable platforms, SDKs, and developer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for the CXM platform.
• Lead integration of shared services and runtime capabilities at scale.
• Build frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms for CXM adoption across pods.
• Lead development of reusable agent frameworks and integration strategies.
• Establish enterprise standards for MCP, A2A, and A2UI interoperability across AI capabilities.
• Create a catalog of AI services, tools, agents, and business capabilities for reuse.
