Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Platform Engineer – Service & Repair to lead the evolution of the CXM platform. You will define architecture, build reusable services, and govern engineering patterns across global teams.

You will collaborate with AI Core and product leadership to advance AI-driven commercialization experiences using Microsoft Dynamics and Co-Pilot across MSD, Teams, and Outlook. Remote options may be considered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years as lead architect or engineering lead.
• 2+ years developing AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with enterprise-scale platform modernization.
• Proven track record building reusable platforms and SDKs.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the CXM platform architecture.
• Lead development of reusable agent frameworks and integration strategies.
• Establish enterprise standards for interoperability and security.
• Collaborate with AI Core teams on governance and observability.
• Partner to ensure Dynamics/Co-Pilot integration across platforms.
