Job summary

ServiceNow is hiring engineers to drive full development lifecycles, build customizable software, and contribute to new product features. You will apply advanced data structures and design patterns while mentoring others. The role emphasizes AI integration and scalable architecture across a diverse tech stack.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes and automation.
Master's degree in CS/CE or similar field.
Strong UI framework experience (Angular, React, Vue, or Lit).
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOD, and design patterns.
Relational databases: development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Senior IC with code quality focus and mentoring experience.
Experience across multiple technology stacks including cloud, web, and SOA.
Kubernetes experience and observability tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand requirements with product owners and drive full development lifecycle.
Build user-friendly software enabling customization to meet client needs.
Contribute to design and implementation of new products and features.
Apply advanced data structures, algorithms, OO design, and patterns.
Raise engineering standards via architecture and code reviews and mentoring.
