Cockroach Labs seeks a Principal Solutions Architect for the Americas to lead technical partner strategy across Cloud, ISV, OEM, and GSI ecosystems. You will own end-to-end domain, craft GTM narratives, enable partners, and drive pipeline influence.

This builder role sets the agenda and shapes architectural discussions from developers to executives. You will formulate technical partner plans, deliver reusable assets, and contribute to a growing AI-native tooling stack.

Qualifications

10+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, partner engineering, or technical consulting roles within cloud tech.
Published technical work and GTM content establishing credibility.
Comfort presenting to groups and stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute partner strategy and GTM plans with BD counterparts.
Develop and deliver executive GTM content, white papers, blogs, case studies, webinars, and co-marketing assets.
Act as trusted technical advisor to Americas-based partners during discovery and opportunity identification.
