Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for a client building a cloud-native SaaS platform for global creative teams. You will own architectural direction, drive scalability, and deliver from AWS and .NET to React/TypeScript across frontend and backend.

You will lead backend, frontend, DevOps, QA and offshore engineers, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with product leadership to release high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SaaS development experience.
• 3+ years in Principal Engineer or Tech Lead role.
• Strong C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and xUnit experience.
• 1+ year AWS experience: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS.
• Strong system architecture and distributed systems expertise.
• Ability to review and guide React/TypeScript development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural direction and modernization of a large-scale SaaS platform.
• Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build features in .NET and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.).
• Guide backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and offshore engineers.
• Implement and uphold engineering best practices and code standards.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to deliver high-quality releases.
