Based in New York with a hybrid work arrangement, you will guide backend, frontend, DevOps, and offshore engineers, drive modernization, and collaborate with product leadership to ship high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS development
• 3+ years in Principal Engineer or Tech Lead roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural direction and modernization of a large-scale SaaS platform.
• Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build features in .NET and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Guide backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and offshore engineers.
• Implement and uphold engineering best practices and code standards.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to deliver high-quality releases.
