Principal International’s Experience Solutions technology team is seeking a Senior Software Engineering leader to guide and mentor engineers delivering external customer experiences. You will partner with product managers and other tech teams to build first-class experiences for participants and employers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with formal leadership responsibilities
• Experience leading a team or tech/domain leads with direct reports
• Strong communication, feedback, and performance coaching skills
