Job summary

NASCO seeks a Principal Technology Architect to shape the future of our SaaS architecture. You will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, lead cloud-native design, and drive secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions across AWS and hybrid environments.

You will partner with product, security, and engineering leaders to define governance, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps, while mentoring teams and driving architectural excellence.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in application or solution architecture.
• 8 years experience in cloud architecture, cloud-native design and deployment.
• 5 year proven track record designing, deploying, and managing large-scale serverless SaaS on AWS.
• 5 years experience with CI/CD, IaC and DevOps practices.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture blueprints for secure, scalable AWS environments optimized for autonomous AI agent orchestration.
• Embed AI-driven automation into the DevOps SDLC to accelerate software delivery, testing, and security scanning.
• Align technology strategy with governance, security and compliance frameworks for AI workflows.
• Define and communicate architectural vision and strategy for healthcare SaaS products.
• Design and implement cloud-native SaaS architectures with elasticity, availability, resiliency and secure integration.
