Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Principal to lead the National Insurance Digital Transformation practice. You will guide strategy, client engagement, and delivery, working with senior leadership to build the business and elevate client outcomes across multiple industries.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with firm leadership, and drive growth through market-facing initiatives, partnerships, and transformative technology programs. National travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Twenty years’ leadership experience in complex technology or digital/product orgs.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring associates.
• Prior Partner/Principal or MD role in a professional service firm.
• Strong executive-level strategic planning and program management skills.
• Ability to decompose scope into detailed activities and deliverables.
• Experience with full lifecycle application development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation strategy for the Insurance practice and grow market presence.
• Drive business development, alliances, and client acquisition for growth.
• Oversee teams through project delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Develop delivery capabilities and long-term roadmaps for large-scale solutions.
• Provide executive leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting growth.
