Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Principal for its Digital Transformation Practice to lead and scale AI, automation, application development and data analytics engagements for insurance clients. You will mentor staff, guide project delivery, and develop business opportunities with C-level executives across industries.

You will work with firm leadership to grow capabilities, shape strategy, and expand client impact while delivering measurable outcomes and value for clients and Baker Tilly.

Qualifications

• Twenty years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital/product organizations.
• Five (5) + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Previous experience as a Partner/Principal or Managing Director within a professional service organization with proven success building out and growing a Practice in a Consulting Firm.
• Strong fluency at Executive level in strategic planning, information system design and implementation with a focus on program management of large complex transformation projects, application integration solutions and digital solutions.
• Ability to decompose scope into detailed activities and deliverables, then conduct work package handoff to delivery resources from Baker Tilly, client teams, and third-party vendors.
• Must be able to work outside of core business hours for client engagements, and travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Grow Baker Tilly’s Insurance-focused Digital Transformation business lines through networking and alliance sales.
• Lead a team through definition and delivery of transformation projects including business process and/or technology implementations.
• Develop, manage, and measure delivery approaches and roadmaps for technology transformation projects.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to win new clients, projects, and revenue.
• Invest in professional development and participation in firm-wide learning programs.
• Support the growth and development of team members and associates.
