Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Principal to join our Digital Transformation Practice and lead our National Insurance team. This role offers an entrepreneurial, fast-growing environment with opportunities to shape client solutions across multiple industries.

You will work closely with firm leadership to drive strategy, build client relationships, and mentor staff while delivering transformative technology solutions and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business field is required.
• Twenty years’ senior leadership experience in complex technology or digital/product organizations is required.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior Partner/Principal or Managing Director experience in a professional services firm is advantageous.
• Strong executive-level planning, IS design, and implementation experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team within Baker Tilly Digital Transformation Practice.
• Define and deliver digital transformation projects and strategies for Insurance industry growth.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners to drive revenue and client value.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
• Travel nationally as needed to serve clients.
