Job summary

Baker Tilly International is seeking a Principal to lead the Digital Transformation Practice with a focus on AI, automation, application development and data analytics in the Insurance sector. You will mentor staff and drive client engagement, business development, and large-scale technology initiatives across multiple industries.

You will work with firm leadership to shape strategy, opportunities, and delivery, traveling nationally as needed and collaborating with CIOs, CDOs and CXOs to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or business field.
Twenty years’ senior leadership experience in complex technology/digital roles.
Five+ years supervisory experience mentoring associates.
Experience as Partner/Principal or MD in a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

Advance business development to grow Baker Tilly’s Insurance-focused Digital Transformation practice.
Lead a team through definition and delivery of transformation projects.
Develop, manage and measure delivery approaches for large-scale tech transformations.
Network and build relationships to win new clients, projects and revenue.
Mentor and coach staff to develop their technical and professional skills.
Collaborate with C-suite leaders and external vendors to drive client outcomes.
