Baker Tilly is seeking a Principal to lead its Digital Transformation Practice, focusing on AI, automation, application development and data analytics. You will mentor staff, drive client engagements, and shape strategy with firm leadership to grow the practice across industries.

You will work with C-suite clients, develop opportunities, and manage complex programs while collaborating across Baker Tilly’s national and international network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business is required.
• Master's degree is desirable.
• Twenty years of senior technology or digital leadership experience.
• Experience in business development within a professional services firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Transformation initiatives for AI, automation, app development, and data analytics.
• Grow the Insurance-focused Digital Transformation business lines through networking and alliances.
• Manage delivery teams and ensure success of large-scale transformation projects.
